Ralph and Cindy’s journey within the organization is a reflection of their deep-rooted commitment to both God and people. Having been part of the church from its beginning, they have witnessed and contributed to its growth—from the days when it was only a vision to now becoming a thriving community impacting countless lives.
They have three grown boys and a bunch of wonderful grandkids who bring them joy and keep life full.
Their goal remains simple: to walk alongside others, helping them embrace their identity in Christ and live out their full potential. Their legacy is one of faithfulness, and it is evident to everyone around them that they are deeply committed to seeing others flourish spiritually, emotionally, and relationally.
